The organization declares that it is a registered donation recipient in accordance with current regulations issued by SUNAT (the Peruvian tax authority). In that regard, it may issue the corresponding receipts or certificates, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and provided that the donor provides the information necessary for that purpose.
