In 2001, Our founder David Ranzoni traveled from Paris, France, his hometown to Lima, Peru for the first time.
There his future wife Sheilla, who was volunteering with different ministries that helped bring medicine and food to orphans and abused children. She invited him to volunteer with her, so he could see first-hand the need and the conditions the children are living in.
In 2003, David returns to Paris and creates the NGO, there he begins to start fundraising and advocating for the children in Peru. With the extreme generosity of many people, the French NGO has been able to support different projects in Huaycan, Salamanca, Cedes, and Rimac, for 15 years. Whether it be with helping them financially with their construction of an orphanage, providing gifts to give away during the Christmas season, medical attention, and food.
In 2017, David, Sheilla and their three children moved to Lima, Peru and in 2020 the NGO Un Corazon Para Ellos is officially recognized by the government with two big pilot programs underway. One, Future and Hope: to provide groceries to families in need. Two, construction on an orphanage for children at risk, and abused children.
